Driver Updates Inside Windows

Have setup everything according to the instructions, but doesn't seem like it is even connecting to the service. My understanding is the it just uses the admin service now. Do we still have to setup the web service?

In the troubleshooting section, it mentions looking at the ApplyDriverPackage.log. I don't see that, but maybe I am looking in the wrong place. Where are the logs for this located?
