Can you add cyhunspell to conda?

I am trying to build and host my own package which depends on cyhunspell, on conda. However conda won't let it happen because it dictates that all dependencies of a project must already exist on conda.
This is especially important for projects like mine that depend on cyhunspell.

Moreover it'd be nice to have this on conda.

@meliksahturker I'd love to get this added to conda, I've just been rather overwhelmed by other responsibilities to be able to dedicate the time to it. If you or anyone else wanted to take a crack at trying out grayskull or other tools to potentially set this up I'd be able to review / help polish or publish the final changes. This project could also use another mantainer to help keep it up-to-date with packaging updates in the ecosystem that occur every few years.
