Issue with Library libcommons_for_ma5.so

I am all of a sudden getting this error. I ran an analysis yesterday and that worked perfectly fine.
I have run MA5 in normal mode hoping this would rebuild the libraries if necessary.
I have checked that the file does actually exist so I am rather confused.
