O Cauldron adiciona uma opção pra pular alguns ticks de Tile Entities/entities quando elas estão longe de um player e o chunk não está carregado. O problema é que ele conta por chunks, então as entities só vão ativar se tiver player no chunk delas. É uma boa opção, ajuda bastante a reduzir o lag sem diminuir a render distance.
