Feature idea: select content using dropdown

Currently authors can use tabs to display alternative content. e.g.,

In some cases there can be a high number of alternatives and the reader may only be interested in one (or very few). e.g.,

Perhaps we can introduce a component that allows the reader to choose which content to display using a dropdown box?

Further enhancements:

• select using multiple dropdowns
• allow selecting multiple entries
• allow user to type a keyword (i.e., a search box)
