Make the helpline available in more languages.

Problem:
The helpline is designed to be used around the globe. However a large demographic does not speak English.

Solution:
Make the information available in different languages. The more the better but as a starting point Spanish, Italian, French, Chinese and Arabic instructions should be implemented.

Suggestions:
Instead of having several helpline phone numbers for each region. Provide the user the option to select a language in the first response.
