We want to open SMGloM to the general public, but there are a couple of things to do first.

make a SMGloM-specific front-end available under http://smglom.mathhub.info that has the SMGloM things only.
enable user interaction from the glossary entries (see user interaction for Glossary #153)
extend the glossary by terminological relations (see compute terminological relations and display them in the glossary. #36)
deal better with translations (SMGloM support for translations #155)
