As support for translation, it would be good if we could add a "add" button to the language links
on the right upperhand corner.
Analogously, the terminology modules (e.g. https://mathhub.info/smglom/mv/argseq.omdoc) should have a "add translation" button.
This "add"/"add translation" button should lead do a dialog that allows to add a translation. Now, what this means is not quite clear in the presence of permissions. There are a couple of things that are possible:
