BUG: Nekoray lags my PC

Nekoray badly lags my PC while using TUN+System proxy mode.
Recently I have been forced to use both TUN+Proxy modes at the same time to bypass blockades and it caused my svchost.exe network service to badly lag my PC which has config of: Ryzen 7 3800X, 32Gb RAM, RX 7900XTX, OC is installed on M.2 SSD; I use 3.26 version of Neko.
For replication is enough to turn on any heavily network dependent task, such as DOTA 2 or CS2, etc and just run it for a couple of minutes, which will cause svchost to load the CPU up to 90%, which in my case makes DOTA matches unplayable by lowering FPS up to 11-20 mark.

why you need TUN and system proxy? use tun OR system proxy. and choice proper DNS for proxy and direct.
