Add priority system to plkugin because when i have OWNER nametag, i need to make FALSE all my permisisons for nametags, for all ranks to dissplay the correct , owner nametag
after 10 minutes with playing this i made "DEBUG" version (added name of the ranks in the all xD https://prnt.sc/uLfZ6bBLUalQ and finally fixed it

Priority: 1 - the highest priority, if player have this permission will be display this nametag

example
vip will have priority: 5

Hope can be added

This is added already for groups, higher numbers are higher priority!
