Reset on Error

If you get an error like "Thermal runaway - please reset" you should be able to reset from the Vicky or out of MC. If MC is connected it displays the Error "thermal runaway" after you hit cancel and turn the Printer off and on it continues to print and there is no way to cancel it. What is worse it pretends its current position - wherever the error occured is home. Only remedy is to turn off the printer and kill MC and then go into MC and say you don't want to continue the print
