调用Native.dxva2.GetNumberOfPhysicalMonitorsFromHMONITOR(),期望获得一个监视器的句柄和对监视器的描述,但是事实上,获得的只有对监视器的描述,无法获得指向监视器的句柄,句柄值一直是0.
