Add support to multiple languages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I really enjoy using muncoordinated.io, but language is the main factor keeping me from using it in Portuguese-based MUNs (I'm Brazilian). Most keywords do not have an obvious correlation w/ Portuguese, and multilingual software would break this barrier and expand the use of the tool into multiple environments and locations.

Multi-language support should be implemented. I am available for Portuguese-English translation, and others can be added later.
