Full model run rasters

Create a script that does the following:

1. Identify a recent model run for PNW-1.33km
2. Download all model run files
3. Subset each file over Oregon and include variables: wind vectors, surface temperature, relative humidity, and geopotential and mixing height fields
4. Delete original .nc files
5. Create RasterBricks for single variables with each layer being a different model run hour

This would make a good example but is getting a little ahead of ourselves. We need to get more input from AirFire before committing to functionality that will involve many GB of data.
