One way to add an AQI legend (that should probably be an option, even if another way exists) is as an option in the stat_AQILevel and stat_dailyAQILevel functions.

And maybe add something that you can slap on any plot, which may require digging a bit into grid and tweaking theme elements. I don't really know what that might look like.
