[RFE] Sensors tool tip

Brief Description of Enhancement *

It would be niceif there was some sort of tool tip for the different types of sensors under the Extras tab. While I can go look it up in the rulebook, having a bit of floating text summarizing what a sensor suite does/is good at would save quite a lot of back-and-forth looking things up and would make the process a bit easier for newer players.
