RFE Details *

This is an improvement to an existing feature

Brief Description *

The dynamic hiring halls feature expands the number available to mercenaries. However, under the new system systems like Galatea are flagged as 'Minor' hiring halls.

This RFE is to code up canonically significant hiring hall worlds by era, to give players a reason to return to the major in-universe hubs from time to time.

Some suggested dates for the major ones I know about:

Galatea: Major up to 3036, Minor from 3037, Major from 3067, Minor after Gray Monday (August 3132?)

Outreach: Minor from 3030 -> 3037, Major up to 3067, Minor up to Gray Monday, Major after Gray Monday, possibly Minor in 3149

Arc Royal: Minor from Kell Hounds founding (3010) up to Jihad, Major thereafter (? - this one needs some clarifying), Not a Hiring Hall in 3146 when owned by Jade Falcon, Minor from 3150 after Jade Falcons leave (?)
