Inability to manually purchase "heavy sneak" armor for infantry

Low (Minor/Nuisance): Minor glitches or cosmetic issues that don’t affect gameplay and occur rarely.

Brief Description *

You may purchase units with a "heavy sneak suit" (a suit with 2.0 divisor and some manner of stealth bonus) by refitting in the meklab and the armor will be procured for you, however you cannot manually purchase the part by searching in the menu like you can other infantry armor.

Steps to Reproduce

Simply type search for the part in the "purchase parts" menu. There are various sneak suits but no heavy versions.
