The documentation still mentions that openSSL version 3.0.0 is in alpha.
Currently, version 3.2.0 has been released and 3.3.0 is in development.
In addition, with version 3.0, the openSSL engines have been marked as deprecated and replaced by the Provider API.

For these reasons, the PKA library should support current openSSL versions and provide hardware acceleration through the Provider API.
