Incorrect form displayed on theme change

If the user opens a form to edit a feature and then changes to another theme with a different form layout, the form doesn't change, it is still the one from the original theme.
The issue is momentarily solved by opening a form on another layer or restarting the app and navigating to the 2nd theme without opening the form in the 1st one.
