checking ADAStat, some DRep has new fields, such as profile image. registration and update DRep to include the new fields.

update latest CIP format and include new fields, check ADAstat, tempo and other websites for other DReps to get full list of fields
update the UI to include those fields
update the JSON that is used to register and update tx
