At some projects like metadrop drupal boilerplate based ones, there is a tmp folder that is useful to maintain for every environment. Currently tmp folder is ignored so it is not delivered in deployments.

Proposed solution: if it exists the file ./tmp/.gitkeep, forcefully add to it the artifact commit.
