Local collections support

It doesn't seem that meteortoys has support for Local Collectios as described here: https://guide.meteor.com/collections.html#local-collections

I have created a local Collection on the client side, and meteortoys doesn't show me it, but thats the time I need meteortoys the most, since it's the easiest way to inspect this collection.
