conflicting database schema docs #112

Bicho/doc/ and Bicho/doc/database/ have several files describing the database schema and they contradict each other.

bichotools.png original_bicho.xml Bicho_State_Diagram.dia Tables_Bicho_sql.txt
bicho.xml database_schema.png

They should be more consistent and up-to-date.
