Can not Download Miktex for installation on Windows #1574

When I click the Download button it sends me to this address: https://ctan.yazd.ac.ir/systems/win32/miktex/setup/windows-x64/basic-miktex-24.1-x64.exe

and it is written that the site can't be reached.

Can this be fixed somehow or maybe there is another source to get the installation file for windows.

Also, if you try to install using the command line installer, you get 24.4, not 24.12. ☹

Is 24.12 going to get compiled and distributed for Windows?
