This repository contains a number of tools to support the BIDS data structure. The documentation is split over multiple topics:
- Workflow - general outline of the workflow to construct a BIDS dataset
- Donders - specific documentation that applies to the Donders Centre for Cognitive Neuroimaging (DCCN)
This repository provides the following command-line tools to assist in the workflow:
- Reorganize existing BrainVision EEG datasets
- Reorganize existing CTF datasets
- Reorganize existing DICOM datasets
- Reorganize existing presentation and/or behavioural log files
- Reorganize existing nifti datasets
- Convert raw data to BIDS
- Create sidecar files
