Thank you very much for providing this archive!

I noticed that for some emails, they only say

A non-text attachment was scrubbed...

e.g. https://stat.ethz.ch/pipermail/r-help/1997-May/001595.html

It seems that the full message content is then contained in a file attachment.pl, which is not included in this archive. Do you think there's any chance that you can also archive it?

I'm not sure the appropriate way to do so, do you have any suggestions? A PR would be most welcome. I'm open to the idea but not willing to invest much time -- just clicking the link seems "good enough" to me at a glance.

I would be surprised if including attachments wouldn't just work with public-inbox. @MichaelChirico Have you tried using that for this infrastructure? Then you could use l2md and then notmuch to efficiently search through everything instead of grep. https://public-inbox.org/README.html

@wdkrnls I'm not familiar with any of that, nor particularly invested in learning more at this time (sorry!!).

I remain open to PRs with specific proposals!
