Uploaded saves from client don't have savefile#s in them, but we want to preserve those. Need a way to keep them intact on upload.

Added on the server? then server has to unpack + repack edits.

or on the client?
Maybe web client only? - probably. Save uploader side would - ooh. but Other People viewing...
So yeah would have to be both web + app.
web is OK. just check to see if saves hive is null. App is more difficult as I don't normally have to read anything from it.

Changed savefile #s to merge properly on the web client.
