Allow multiple popup windows

Idea:
-By default, the guide is 2 columns. Guide and Sidebar. Sidebar contains whatever you clicked on last.
-you can pop out guide extra stuff (map, UESP, speedrun info, etc.) into their own windows that are all linked.
So if you click on Raminus Polus, it shows you his location in the map window, UESP info in the UESP window, etc. all at the same time. So if you have multiple monitors you can spread the info out, or arrange the windows at your leisure

This will involve rewriting our link code, and it's not super necessary, so it is on the back burner.
