When you choose Rogue (Thief or Assassin) but then leave the dropdown at "Any Rogue Archetype", and then generate, it doesn't assign either of the two available archetypes, Thief or Assassin. It just calls the character a "Rogue", and under abilities says "Roguish Archetype (,". The character thus misses out on multiple abilities, and a person might not catch it if one were in a hurry.
Also, if you just roll completely random characters (ie all of the dropdowns left at "Any...", and it generates a Rogue, it doesn't assign an archetype unless it lands on Arcane Trickster.
Thank you - this generator is a godsend. Which I think makes you Mercury. Thank you.
