datapasta Addin won't paste into popped-out editor

Attempting to paste using the datapasta package addin will not paste to popped-out editor windows.

If the popped out window is in focus, the contents get pasted into one of the docked editor scripts.

datapasta 3.1.0
R 3.6.3
Rstudio 1.3.929 (preview release, but this also occurred with official release version)

I can't test this because RStudio Desktop is not currenlty working on my flavour of Linux, however I am pretty confident this is an issue with RStudio/rstudioapi that will be fixed in time if this is not fixed already.
