We should be able to determine how many chunks are being loaded in a way which blocks the main thread instead of going through async loading.
Ideally 0, but it's easy to accidentally load chunks so we can expect to see high numbers in some scenarios.
May be advisable to determine the mod at fault, if possible. Possibly using nallar/WhoCalled to determine that.
