partner pages graphs not working properly

toggle the graphs from teams to users and back to teams and the graphs fail to load plus an error is logged to the console. have seen both the following errors:

    at removeExistingGraphs (main.min.js:219)

    at HTMLUnknownElement.r.handle (vendor.min.js:9)

also, the hpe page doesn't show the graphs at all
