To run algorithm you need to

Build image from DDPFF root: docker build -t ddpff:1.0 -f Dockerfile.raw .
Run algorithm docker run --rm --mount src=/yourInputFolder,target=/app/build/input,type=bind --mount src=/yourOutputFolder,target=/app/build/output,type=bind ddpff:1.0 0.ply ddpff.ini
