New rule: I'm hoping to have a rule to help us measure the following California Transit Data Guideline:
Updates are published to Trip Updates and Vehicle Positions feeds at least once every 20 seconds, including updated timestamps and data for each trip and vehicle in service.
I believe a first step at measuring this would be to do one of the following:
Decrease the interval in W007 from 35 seconds down to 20 seconds
Create a new custom rule, that duplicates W007 but with a 20 second interval.
Severity: Warning
Expected behavior:
If a given feed has an interval between updates of greater than 20 seconds in the past 24 hours, produce a warning.
