User has to open HTML report manually.

Proposed solution
New command-line parameter to open HTML report automatically.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Prepare batch file, i.e.:

java.exe -jar "c:\GTFS Validator-3.1.1\gtfs-validator-3.1.1-cli.jar" -i "c:\GTFS-ST\GTFS.zip" -o "c:\GTFS-ST" 
c:\GTFS-ST\report.html
