Describe the problem

The rules.html file is generated from the Java classes annotated with @GtfsValidationNotice. Currently, the formatting and structure of the notice documentation are not standardized.
Tasks:

  • Review current documentation and propose structure and common wording.
  • Update notice annotation to reflect the new standardized structure.
  • Review generated rules.html file.
