用之前的 Bili-Old 就是为了方便在老旧浏览器和设备访问B站，至少网页可以做到没新版B站这么卡顿

很遗憾，支持Manifest V3的浏览器肯定不会太旧，但是没说旧设备不能运行最新的浏览器

旧设备配合新的内核，MV3使用上了，本来新内核性能就没得保证，该卡还是卡
考虑支持旧设备或许能够让更多用户在老旧设备上获得更好的体验，也符合“念旧”
