Investigate: Migrating RCC to new website

Context: RCC will continue to be a priority for the organization and part of our strategy moving forward. We’ll need to ensure we have it represented on the new website.

Request: Please investigate what needs to be done to migrate RCC (playbook, library and associated pages) to the new website:https://foundation.mozilla.org/en/responsible-computing-challenge-playbook/ and flag any considerations (frontend, back end, design) or concerns. Please provide a rough idea of time and bandwidth needed to do this.
