.JPG attachments unviewable in LOB-sent snail mail

.Jpgs (for ID verification) attached to agency snail mail does not show up in LOB as a separate, viewable attachment as does the .pdf request form; it simply lists both attachments in the mailer. As a result, it cannot be confirmed with certainty that the .jpg was sent successfully.

JPGs are not attached to Lob letters - they would have to click through to the website to view them. Only PDF attachments are sent with letters, up to the page limit. The JPG could be converted to a PDF, or we could convert it automatically if it is needed.

Is there a way we can get these automatically converted to PDF or have a task populate so the team can manually convert?
