Seems to be related to something environmental related to the computer/internet/country, not necessarily the code synthesis is running itself.. at least that's the feeling I get

Users that have solved the issue so far reported that the issues went away naturally. (Pehaps passing Github issues). A few felt like firewalls needed tweaking, or other similar things, but none conclusive.
