p->dvdsonSFull not defined #15

Hi,

I just figured that when the CullenDehnen Switch is enabled, in smoothfcn.c in the line

p->divv_old = p->dvdsonSFull;

the field p->dvdsonSFull is not defined nor ever calculated.
Any clues what is going wrong here?
