Describe the bug
When specifying -g mitochrondrion, it looks like the relevant line is not correct. It looks like this:
XXOG mitochondrion
Similar when specifying plastid:
XXOG plastid

I think that XX and OG should be on separate lines.

In context:

OC   cellular organisms; Eukaryota; Viridiplantae; Streptophyta; Streptophytina;
OC   Embryophyta; Bryophyta; Sphagnophytina; Sphagnopsida; Sphagnales;
OC   Sphagnaceae; Sphagnum.
XXOG   mitochondrion

XX

So it looks like there is a wrongly placed newline.

Here it is placed after the OG entry, but should be before I think.

Running with -g mitochrondrion or -g plastid

This is with EMBLmyGFF3 version 2.2 but looks to be present in the current version also.

Thank you.

Sincerely,
Ole
