Describe the bug

When an activity has so little time reporting on it that its percentage is rounded to zero, the yearly overview bar shows the activity as a 4 px block. This block does not produce a tooltip bubble when the user hovers the mouse over it.

Environment

Seen in release 1.0.6 on macOS Safari and in Linux Firefox.

In the image above, the narrow bar to the right of the "Support" bar does not have a tooltip.
