Please describe the feature

As a NBIS employee, I want timer that I can start and stop when working on a project so that I can log time more easily.

Detailed description

  • A timer that can be started for a specific "row" that when stopped logs that time on that row.
  • It should be possible to stop one timer by starting a new one.
