4 FCM Tutorial
Change instructions to give command line options first then GUI

4.1 Setting up your default text editor
export SVN_EDITOR='xterm -e vi' doesn't work add instructions for vim instead

4.4 Making code changes
Do we still need the !DEPENDS ON line? Also would be better to change the addition of a new subroutine to use modules.

5.3 Errors resolved in compile and run
Do you need extra diagnostic messages switched on in u-ag761 to see the "converged" at all timesteps messages?

6.5 Reconfiguration
Give a hint where to find switch to turn on extra diagnostics
