Create a Guide on How to Install MetacatUI with Helm, before we do an official release of the metacatui helm chart to main (see PR #2427 and Issue #2368)

By convention, we have a README inside the helm directory that describes how to install. The README in the helm dir can be brief and technical, whereas the guide should be a bit more user friendly for those with less exposure to kubernetes and helm (and could point to the helm/README)
