compare comlandr with stocksmart

some species catch/ landings differ across data products (stock smart vs comlandr).
Species that are highly migratory, flatfish, sharks, skates, black sea bass, and haddock.

for example Haddock (metric tons)

stocksmart = blue (sum of 3 stocks)
comlandr = green

black sea bass

Part of the haddock story could be explained by discards and part of the black sea bass could be rec landings but we might want to take a look at this.
