Also happens at the same time as preparing the MAFMC EAFM risk assessment which has a complete reviewed SOE as a dependency

• Sarah pulls prioritized table into memo
• Sarah needs help from contributors summarizing progress for highest priority items, often done from catalog pages and by email at the last minute due to concurrent prep of the SOE, would like to be more organized about this in 2025
• Sarah writes memo sections with updates on progress for highest priority items
• Memo is due to the MAFMC SSC at the same time as SOE and EAFM Risk assessment
• Sarah writes coverletter for Mid Atlantic SSC to go with the memo
• Sarah writes new coverletter to Mid Atlantic Council for SOE Council submission
• In the past NEFMC has wanted Jon Hare to sign the cover letter but last year it was not possible and I submitted myself
