Some outdated code is in the front page Usage vignette

To pull biological traits of individual fish sampled on the survey cruise

data <- get_survdat_data(channel, bio=TRUE)

the argument should read getBio = TRUE

And also link to a description of how the getBio option returns different data than the default pull #35

Need to check that all vignettes match current version
